Frequently Asked Questions1./ Does the campsite has a swimming pool? No, because there is swimming in the lake and its slides. 2./ Are dogs allowed?Dogs are allowed (except category 1&2) and under these following conditions: - Kept on a leash in the campsite- Up-to-date vaccination record- An extra of €2 per day is asked for every pet staying in the campsiteWarning: Pets are allowed in the campsite but not in the swimming lake. 3./ Which payment types are accepted? Cash, checks, bank transfers 4./ What is the reception schedule? From July to August: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. From the 29thof August: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. 5./ Is there an emergency phone number?The emergency number will be given to you upon arrival. 6./ What are the prices for swimming and water slides?The swimming and water slides are free. However, we offer paid activities (Pedalos, Trampolines, Bouncy castles, Paddles). 7./ Where can I eat on site? There is a restaurant on site, but it is better to book in advance. You can access the snack bar where chips, ice cream and drinks are sold. At the reception we also sell ice cream and drinks. 8./ Can I smoke on site?Smoking areas are defined at the entrance. At the edge of the swimming pool it is forbidden to smoke. 9./ Is it allowed to consume alcohol?No alcohol is allowed on our site. 10./ Can my children bring their inflatable buoys or other games?Inflatable buoys are not allowed for swimming, only armbands are. Balloons are accepted as long as the owners do not encroach on other visitors.
11./ Can we put several tents on the same site?The pitches are large enough to accommodate 2 or even 3 tents. The price remains at €4 per camper. 12./ Is there a parking where I can park my car?We have paved and unpaved parking. 13./ Is the campsite closed at a certain time?The campsite is closed by a code gate from 7 p.m. Reception will give you the code upon arrival. 14./ Do I have to wear my mask during my visit?The mask is compulsory at the entrance to the site, for any movement (except swimming and slides). Social distancing must be respected. 15./ Are towels and parasols provided in the bathing area?No towels and no parasols or deckchairs are provided in the bathing area. 16./ How can I book my stay at the campsite?By phone (03.24.54.84.17) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or during your visit to the campsite. 17./ Is the site suitable for people with reduced mobility?The bathing area is accessible for people with reduced mobility thanks to an access ramp. On the campsite, our chalets are accessible by a ramp as are our sanitary facilities. 18./ How many people are the camping chalets able to accommodate?We have 5 chalets. 4 chalets for 6 people and 1 chalet for 5 people. 19./ Can I change my baby easily?No space is available to change babies and / or children. A space is available in the sanitary facilities of the campsite only. 20./ Is there a WIFI access?The WIFI access is available for campers only at the reception area. 21./ Can my child invite his friends to celebrate his birthday?We organize birthdays at our nature leisure center.
